Accessories
Dryer filters remove moisture, acids, and other contaminants from the coolant. Moisture in the cooling system can cause many problems, including freezing of valves and corrosion of internal components. Acids can also react with the coolant and form harmful substances.
Visibility indicators allow the condition of the coolant to be visually monitored. They can be used to check for air bubbles, moisture, or other contaminants in a liquid.
Expansion valves depressurize and cool the refrigerant before it enters the evaporator. This drop in pressure causes the liquid to evaporate, which absorbs heat from the surrounding environment.
