Who we are
Factory History
IBSF was established in 1976 as the first prefabricated building factory in Saudi Arabia and one of the pioneers in the Arab world for manufacturing panel boards and housing units. The idea behind its establishment was to meet the growing demand for rapid housing solutions during the booming economy of the 1970s.
Over 30 years, IBSF has doubled its production capacity to reach 345,000 square meters annually. The company has also developed many unique and diverse products, such as wheel-mounted units and, more recently, fast-service kiosks along highways.
Throughout the years, IBSF has served a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors and worked with many prominent names in the Saudi market. IBSF has built a strong reputation for the quality of its products, persistence, and reliability, achieving impressive figures in its field.

Construction System
- The prefabricated construction system relies on insulating panels (panels) that form the basic unit of the building structure.
- The panels are made from insulating polystyrene material (a petroleum derivative) compressed on both sides with metal sheets.
- All construction components are pre-cut and prepared before assembly, making the assembly process free from complications and generally requiring semi-skilled labor.
- Based on the architectural drawing of the units to be constructed, the panels are installed to form the building.
